Shipping and Returns
We know that once you’ve bought your beautiful rug, you’ll want to settle it into its new home right away. So, as soon as we’ve received your order, it will normally be packaged up and on its way within 2 working days.
Australia is BIG! which means the time it takes to get your rug to you will vary but we’ve done our best to give you an idea of how long:

We’ll let you know once your rug is on its way with a consignment number designed to let you track its progress.
Delivery to below post codes are not included in shipping price and will be charged based on weight and dimensions and distance. Please see below
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
For a change of mind after purchase (14 days of receipt of your shipment), we need to apply a $29.95** return shipping fee (per item - includes insurance) & a 10% restocking fee (per item). We will then provide you with a credit/exchange/refund for the difference. Please note only unused new items will be accepted for return. Any items returned to us showing signs of use will not be credited. The items must be in re saleable condition including that:
the item is in its original packaging
Colour variances are classified as a change of mind return & above charges apply. Please allow for colour to vary slightly, as every screen monitor is different.

- We require 48-72 business hours to provide a return shipping quote
- If approved by customer, we require a further 48-72 hours to send shipping labels with confirmation of return pick-up date
- Once item is returned to warehouse, we require 5 business days to process returns
- If return is approved in new condition, refund is processed, minus return shipping fee, original shipping fee & restocking fee
We gladly accept exchanges in unused condition.
Cancellation of Orders:
Click Rugs (email@example.com) may cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill it. In this unlikely event we will contact you should this occur.
Damaged in Transit / Faulty / Incorrect:
Please contact with photos of your items damage and labels immediately. We will investigate your concern and we will offer the best remedy dependent on circumstances, which include: repair, replacement, return, refunds or store credit / partial store credit. Please keep the original packaging as you may need to return your item, you will need to securely package to ensure no damage in return transit. Items damaged in return transit can void returns.

**When organizing return shipping for regional & rural areas or larger sized rugs, our return shipping cost can be greater than $30.00. You can organise your own return shipping if you like - damages in transit will be your own responsibility.
